Single Garage Conversion
The work for a normal Single Garage Conversion includes:
- Drawings and Applications to council
- Remove garage door and build brick work to window-sill height
- Fit double glazed window
- Level floor through from house and fit floor joists and flooring
- Insulate under floor with quilt insulation, insulate ceiling and walls where required
- Cut out new doorway between house and garage and fit new door
- Fit new skirting, facings and window sill
- Fit six spot lights and four double sockets
- Fit new double radiator under window
- Prepare room and coat all walls and ceiling with a skim of plaster
- Dispose of all rubbish.
- Labour and materials £5,950.00 + VAT
